This Presentation Skills course gives you the knowledge and skills you need to prepare, practice and present professional presentations to any audience. This is a hands-on and pragmatic course with ample opportunity to practice your new and improved knowledge and skills to gain confidence and comfort.
You will research, plan, create and deliver presentations using a variety of delivery methodologies, and learn how to get your audience feel, think, and do something as a result of your presentation.

Power Messaging is creating differentiation in the buying vision by identifying the desired outcomes related to a client’s problem, thus providing the only viable option to your client.
We practice - Storytelling to create a buying vision, urgency and a clear path. - Whiteboard and artefact, to help give the storytelling real punch. - The use of pictures ensures that prospects remember the value. - Favour drawing and more customer interaction.
Organisational Change Management

This course cover implementing change, managing the process and people, and ensuring the change perseveres. We will plan and execute three main types of change: Incremental or Radical Change, Continuous Improvements or Big Step Change, and Participative or Directed Change.
Meeting Facilitation and Notetaking Skills
Having the skills to plan, execute, and document a successful staff/group meeting of any kind using any delivery and communication technology.
We gain professional facilitation and note-taking skills, and a keen understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in all types of successful meetings.
